Filling: Meat, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine to taste (optional)

I use wantan skin bought from the market. Occasionally we have this dish for dinner. Qiqi loves them fried, and hubby and I prefer them in clear ikan bilis (anchiovies) vege soup.
