Sweet Potato dessert
This is really easy to cook.
Ingredients: red sweet potato, purple sweet potato, sago, sugar and pandan leaves.
Method:
1. Bring water in pan to boil.
2. Add in knotted pandan leaves, sweet potato cubes.
3. When sweet potato soften, add sugar and pour in sago.
4. Make sure continue keep on stirring. Otherwise sago will be in clumps.
5. Once sago turns transparent, it is ready to eat.
I cooked this during the weekends, but ended up had to feed the drain. My funny story is posted in Demoments.
